Adults
The main objective of our teaching ministry to adults is to equip and edify believers through the study of God’s word primarily and other quality Christian material secondarily. It is our conviction that if our Christian life is to conform to godliness (Romans 8:29), we must first be transformed internally by the word of God (Colossians 3:16; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; Hebrews 4:12; 1 Peter 2:2; 1 John 2:14). We invite you to come study the word of God and grow with us.
Christian Education
Teens and adults meet together in the auditorium at 8:45am Sunday morning. The core emphasis in 2012 will be “Christian Growth”. This will be divided into four tracks. The goal of the tracks is to help equip our congregation to do the work of ministry. The books listed will serve as valuable resources on the class topic. Everyone is encouraged to purchase the book.

Deacon Care Groups
- Deacon care groups are simply the families under the care of a specific deacon.
- The deacon will pray for and keep in contact with the families in his care group to be aware of material and/or spiritual needs in our church families.
- We will occasionally meet in homes for deacon care groups on Sunday evenings.
- Deacon care groups do not supplant pastoral care, they are intended to supplement and strengthen pastoral care.
- To cultivate deacon care relationships.
- To develop one another care (1 Corinthians 12:25).
- To provide a natural network of accountability.
- The current deacon care groups are available on the member intranet. The groups are primarily determined geographically.
Thursday Evening Bible Study and Prayer
On Thursday evenings at 7:00pm we meet for a time of corporate Bible study and prayer. This is an inter-generational service, so all ages are welcome.
